中国与美国贸易摩擦对港口业形成了不利影响。对此,在青岛从事港口航运服务业务已有20多年经验的孟藩良经理并不认同,他说:“中国与美国贸易摩擦给港口行业带来的实际影响比较有限。”他认为,站在产业从业者的角度,即便是在中国与美国贸易摩擦升级的最坏情况下,港口货物吞吐量也不会大规模减少。以贸易摩擦中的焦点——大豆为例,需要从国外进口大豆来填补国内大豆市场的巨大缺口,即使关税的提高使得从美国进口的大豆锐减,但贸易商也会选择进口巴西、阿根廷等国的大豆来填补国内的缺口。“港口行业的盈利状况,最主要的影响因素仍然是经济周期自身的波动。”不管怎么说,股票市场是一个周期性市场,特别是海运股,现在海运股因为海运价格的上涨正处于火热阶段,不过目前基本上已经可以看到价格见顶,所以现在金融市场的风险性是非常大的。

中远海控股价为什么在这上下浮动

原因一:运价断崖式下跌,业绩上涨的预期不复存在。今年以来,全球集运价格暴跌,集运从景气周期划入了下行周期。

大家看下图,这是波罗的海运价指数(简称FBX):全球集装箱运价指数(Freightos Baltic Index (FBX): Global Container Freight Index)的走势:

从走势图可知,高位以来,集运价格已经从11000美元跌到了5000美元,直接腰斩,而中远海控是集运龙头,业绩和运价高度相关。随着集运价格断崖式下跌,海控的业绩上涨预期将当然无存。业绩下滑的预期已经形成,股价自然就失去了上涨的基础。所以,中远海控半年报公布后,股价下跌就是预料中的事情。

运价下跌这个事,不光波罗的海指数,国内的集运指数也腰斩了:

海运指数中,只有波罗的海油运指数(BDTI)是上涨的,上涨的原因大家都知道,地缘冲突叠加多国制裁导致运输链变长,价格上涨。

这就是为什么今年以来整个海运领域的股票只有油运板块大涨的原因,这就是为什么我今年年初发布在星球里的中远海能能够大涨300%、成为下一个中远海控的原因,底层逻辑就是油运价格上涨,业绩上涨的预期增强,股价顺势上涨。

运价暴跌,中远海控业绩上涨的预期不复存在,这是海控股价跌跌不休的根本原因。

原因二:航线恢复,海控的优势不再。海控的这一轮上涨主要是受益于新冠疫情对全球供应链的冲击,疫情导致大量航线停运,供不应求,运价上涨,而国内疫情控制的比较好,海控抓住了这个优势,赶上了高运价这个节点,业绩爆发,股价腾飞。属于事件驱动驱动带来的景气周期。

现在,全球疫情基本控制住或者为了恢复经济,疫情管控不那么严了,海运航线大量恢复甚至扩张,集运的供求关系已经发生根本性改变。价格是由供求关系决定的,运价的下跌反应的就是供求的改变。这样的话,海控因为疫情封控取得的优势将不复存在。股价上涨的逻辑自然也就不成立了。

原因三:业绩增长疲态尽显,机构疯狂跑路。海控上半年营业收入2107.85亿元,同比增长51.36%;归属股东的净利润647.22亿元,同比增加74.46%。绝对数看起来很亮眼,创了历史新高,可是看相对数,不论营收还是净利润的增长都只有两位数。对一个周期股而言,两位数的增长根本不能说是增长,增长疲态已经很明显。
